Why we have to do this

NG1 is a registered Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) and HMRC-supervised. That means we have to verify the identity of everyone we register a business address for — same standard your bank uses. It also keeps the wrong sort of people out of using NG1 as a front, which protects every other tenant here.
